The Centro Scuola e Cultura Italiana has served as a significant cultural hub for the Italian-Canadian community since 1976. It functions as a reference point for various cultural events and activities. The organization operates under a board of directors consisting of eleven members who convene quarterly. The Director of the Centro Scuola oversees its programs and provides reports to the Board. As a non-profit entity, the Centro Scuola is legally recognized by the Province of Ontario since 1977 and operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
